1. Community Membership
By subscribing to OptionEdgeIQ, you are purchasing access to a private Telegram community where technical setups, market analysis, and educational content are shared. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Access is granted via a single-use Telegram invite link sent to you after payment confirmation. Sharing your invite link is not permitted and may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
2. Not Financial Advice
All technical setups, watch levels, options analysis, and commentary shared in the OptionEdgeIQ community are research tools only — not personalized investment advice. Past performance of any signal or technical setup does not guarantee future results.
Always conduct your own due diligence before entering any trade. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose more than your initial investment.
3. Data We Collect
When you subscribe, we collect only:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your Telegram username (used solely to add you to the community channel)
- Your selected plan (monthly or annual)
We do not collect, process, or store any payment or financial information. Payments are made directly via PayPal or Zelle — outside of our platform entirely. We have no access to your payment credentials or transaction details.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used exclusively to:
- Manage your community membership (adding and removing Telegram access)
- Send you your Telegram invite link
- Notify you of subscription renewal or expiry
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal information to any third party.
5. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You will be notified before your subscription expires. To renew, visit the pricing page or contact us directly.
All payments are final. No refunds are issued once community access has been granted.
6. Community Conduct
Members are expected to engage respectfully. OptionEdgeIQ reserves the right to remove any member without refund for:
- Sharing community content outside the private channel
- Harassment or disruptive behavior toward other members
- Sharing or reselling technical setups for commercial purposes
7. Limitation of Liability
OptionEdgeIQ, its operators, and contributors shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of acting on any content shared within the community. You assume full responsibility for all trading decisions and their outcomes.
